We want you to get the care you deserve.

A modern approach

At FABS, we believe in a highly personalized approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual we serve. Our commitment begins with a thorough and comprehensive assessment process, which serves as the foundation for developing effective treatment plans.

Assessment Process: Before initiating any treatment, we conduct a detailed assessment to gain a comprehensive understanding of the individual's strengths, and specific areas of need. This assessment involves gathering information from caregivers, reviewing relevant documentation, and conducting direct observations as necessary. Our goal is to create a holistic profile that informs the development of targeted interventions.

Individualized Treatment Plans: Following the assessment, we collaborate closely with caregivers and/or the individual receiving treatment to design a customized treatment plan. This plan is meticulously crafted to address specific goals related to adaptive living skills, such as toileting and sleeping. We recognize the importance of involving caregivers in this process, as their insights and involvement are crucial to the success of the treatment.

Caregiver Training and Support: We place a strong emphasis on equipping caregivers with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively implement the treatment plan in daily routines, activities, and settings. Our team provides extensive training and ongoing support to ensure that caregivers feel confident and capable in supporting the individual's progress. Consistency in implementing strategies across different environments is key to promoting generalization and long-term success.

Continuous Monitoring and Evaluation: Throughout the course of treatment, we continually monitor and evaluate progress to assess the effectiveness of interventions. This ongoing assessment allows us to make data-driven decisions about the need for adjustments or modifications to the treatment plan. We are committed to transparency in our approach, regularly communicating progress updates and collaborating with caregivers to refine goals and strategies as needed.

By prioritizing individualization, collaboration, caregiver training, and continuous evaluation, we strive to provide the highest quality of care that promotes meaningful progress and enhances the quality of life for individuals with autism and their families.

History

Our company was founded by a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been deeply involved in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2008. Achieving board certification in 2013, our founder has accumulated extensive experience across diverse settings, including in-home environments, clinics, and schools. Throughout her career, she has exhibited a profound commitment to enhancing the lives of autistic individuals by fostering independence and teaching essential adaptive living skills.

From the outset, our founder's passion has centered on addressing and promoting independence among autistic individuals, with a particular focus on toileting skills. She has successfully taught toileting skills to learners with a wide range of abilities and needs, leveraging her expertise to tailor interventions that meet each individual's specific challenges and strengths.

Beyond direct practice, our founder has also contributed to formal research in the area of toilet training, further solidifying her expertise and advancing the field's understanding and methodologies. Her dedication to improving the quality of life for autistic individuals through effective, evidence-based practices remains the cornerstone of our company's mission and approach.

Today, our company continues to uphold these principles, offering specialized ABA treatment programs that prioritize the teaching of adaptive living skills, including toileting and sleeping, in small, focused settings. We are committed to providing individualized care and support that empowers our clients to achieve greater independence and success in their daily lives.
